Do I Get Any Warranty On My Repair?

We provide a 90 day warranty on our repairs. Charging Port repairs vary with warranty, so its always best to check when you bring the phone in. You can also purchase an extended warranty if you require any further reassurance.

What is the quality of the parts that you use?

We only use high quality OEM parts on our phone repairs. We also have genuine parts available if you prefer to use genuine. Some models have dont have good quality OEM parts available, if this is the case we will only fit Genuine parts.
We will always do our best to exceed your expectations.

Will I lose my Data?

Not at all. Most manufacturers like Apple & Samsung will wipe your phone during a repair. We won't. There will be times where a phone cannot be repaired unless we have to wipe your data, IF this is the case, we will advise you before wiping it. We know how important data is to you. So rest assured, as we are also ICO and PCIDSS compliant.

Can you repair my phone the same day?

We love answering this one! Depending on the make and model, we can repair it in as little as 15 minutes. Yes thats right! 15 Minutes! We prefer to over estimate the time just in case we get busy. So we will normally say 30 minutes for a typical 15 minutes repair. There will be times where phones take longer to repair and may be out of our control. But this is extremley rare. Just keep in mind we will always do our best and will try to provide a better service than anyone else. Why? Because we love what we do and want to get you back to your phone :)

What if I already have the part for my phone.

If you have the part already or if we cant get the part for your phone, then you can try to source it yourself. We always suggest looking on google or ebay. Once you have it, bring it in and we will fit it for you. This usually costs £20 to £30 for labour only.

I tried to repair my phone at home but it didn't work.

This is something we come across regularly. We can still repair your phone. Just bring it in and let us have a look. We will use the same parts you have and just charge you labour.
